1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the IPORDISE website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Orders & pricing

By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information is accurate and complete. IPORDISE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

3 Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. IPORDISE is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

4 Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened and in original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5 Intellectual property

All content on IPORDISE — including images, text, logos, and brand assets — remains the property of IPORDISE or its respective rights holders. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

6 Limitation of liability

IPORDISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law.

7 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tangier.

8 Amendments

IPORDISE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
