How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, then go to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for urgent requests.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all domestic orders in Morocco. Additional payment methods are being introduced � stay tuned.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of 35 MAD for all cities across Morocco, with no hidden fees or surprises at your door.
How long does delivery take?
Most domestic orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the time of dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. International orders take 3–7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check delivery status at any time.

Are all products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every perfume and beauty product sold on IPORDISE is sourced from authorised distributors and is 100% authentic. We do not sell imitations or testers.
Are samples or discovery sets available?
Yes! We offer Discovery Sets that let you explore multiple fragrances before committing to a full bottle. Browse our Discovery Sets collection to find your signature.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep perfumes away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Store in a cool, dry place � ideally in their original box. Avoid bathrooms where temperature fluctuates.
Returns
What is the return policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is inspected and approved (typically 1–2 business days), a refund is processed within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Complimentary gift wrapping is available for all orders. Simply add a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Absolutely. For bulk orders (5+ items), corporate gifts, or wedding favours, email us at support@ipordise.com for special pricing and personalised packaging options.
Can you help me choose a fragrance?
Of course! Send us a WhatsApp message describing the scent profiles you enjoy — fresh, woody, floral, oud, etc. — and our fragrance experts will recommend the perfect match. You can also explore our Discovery Sets to try before you commit.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, saved favourites, faster checkout, and exclusive member offers.
