Contact us within 14 days
Email support@ipordise.com or reach us on WhatsApp. Include your order number and reason.
Get your return label
Our team will send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours of your request.
Pack & send the item
Place the item in its original packaging, sealed and unused. Drop it off at the designated courier point.
Refund processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
14-day window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Original condition
Items must be completely unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging with seals intact.
Non-returnable items
Opened perfumes, personalised orders, and gift sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund methods
Cash refund
For cash-on-delivery orders, refund is sent via bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
Store credit
Opt for IPORDISE store credit and receive a 10% bonus on top of your refund amount.
Prefer an exchange?
Changed your mind on the scent? You can exchange for a different fragrance instead of a refund. Same conditions apply — item must be sealed and unopened.
